Airinmar is recruiting an Account Program Manager based at its head offices in Finchampstead in the UK.
Airinmar specialises in the management of aircraft component repairs and aircraft warranty management for airlines, manufacturers and MROs throughout the world by using its industry experience, knowledge and expertise to provide engineering, supply chain and business solutions that reduce the operating costs of its customers.
As an Account Program Manager, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Director, Program Management the role activities will include:
- Manage Airinmar’s customer accounts in-line with contractual commitments and ensure program expectations and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Act as the key interface between Airinmar’s customers and Airinmar’s internal support departments ensuring strong and lasting relationships are built and maintained at all levels within both organisations.
- Manage the service delivery of Airinmar’s internal support departments (Tech Services, Customer Support & Supplier Management) and ensure customer requirements are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and present customer performance reports and represent Airinmar during customer program reviews.
- Provide support, as required, for new sales activities and subsequently leading the implementation of new customer programs.
- The continuous review of Airinmar’s processes and procedures and customer interactions to ensure that both internal efficiencies and customer satisfaction are maximised.
- Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team towards the development of company strategy
Candidates should either have relevant work experience (5 years +) ideally in an aviation based organisation or hold a Degree in a Business/Engineering discipline with proven customer facing project management experience.
Candidates are expected to have excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills and be available to travel globally as and when required.
