- Reducing cost of aircraft equipment ownership through the management and recovery of benefits associated with performance guarantees.
- Generating penalty claims associated with Shop Processing Time/Turnaround Time Guarantees/Spare Part Delivery Guarantees.
- Liaising with suppliers in order to negotiate credits and challenge when decisions are unjustified.
- Maintaining Airinmar’s Shop Processing Time database
- Supporting the department manager with warranty tasks and a broad range of engineering related projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working with the Strategic Sourcing department to enforce contract guarantees.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other Airinmar departments and suppliers.
- Applying continuous improvement to develop Airinmar’s processes, procedures and systems in order to improve the department’s overall efficiency and ability to meet the needs of the customer.
