Airinmar is recruiting an Infrastructure Analyst (3rd Line) on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis, based at our head office in Finchampstead.
Airinmar specialises in the management of aircraft component repairs and aircraft warranty management for airlines, manufacturers and MROs throughout the world by using its industry experience, knowledge and expertise to provide engineering, supply chain and business solutions that reduce the operating costs of its customers.
As an Infrastructure Analyst (3rd Line) you will work within our Digital Technology & Analytics (DT&A) Department. The role activities will include:
- Monitoring, support and maintenance of the core IT infrastructure & technical facilities in line with best practice, and agreed service levels
- 3rd Line escalation point for client device and end user support issues
- Infrastructure performance reporting.
- Adhering to local policies and procedures.
- Out of hours support on a rota basis.
- Infrastructure deployment, support, monitoring and maintenance
- Server upgrades, performance monitoring and reporting
- Escalated end user computing support, monitoring and maintenance
- Infrastructure administration monitoring and maintenance including fibre and copper
- Service Desk Administration
- Active Directory and MS365 Administration
- Application Support, including but not limited to MS Applications, Adobe Suite, Finance Applications, Bespoke developed software
- Service Desk Administration
Infrastructure Project Responsibilities
- Project Documentation and Management
- Evaluate, scope and implement new systems
- Transition of new systems into operational use, including preparation and hand over of documentation.
Reliability/Continuity Administration
- Backup and Disaster recovery maintenance, monitoring and testing
- Monitoring and maintenance of the virtualised infrastructure.
Candidates should have a strong technical background with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in an IT analyst/ Service delivery or Support function. Have a proven catalogue of successfully delivered projects, including modernisation of server environments and migrations to Azure. Industry certifications an advantage (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco). Candidates must have ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing.
